About the Performers
Adam Cayton-Holland: Adam Cayton-Holland (www.adamcaytonholland.com) is a national touring comic who has appeared on Conan, WTF with Marc Maron, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central Presents, @midnight, The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail, Happy Endings and was named one of Esquire’s “25 Comics to Watch,” as well as one of “10 Comics to Watch” by Variety. Along with his cohorts in The Grawlix, he created, wrote, and starred in “Those Who Can’t,” which aired for three seasons. The Grawlix also hosts a podcast, “The Grawlix Saves the World,” which is available everywhere. His albums, “I Don’t Know If I Happy,” “Backyards,” “Adam Cayton-Holland Performs His Signature Bits,” (voted one of Vulture’s Top Ten Albums of 2018), “Semblance of Normalcy,” “Hot Takes,” and “Wallpaper” are all available on iTunes. “Adam Cayton-Holland Performs His Signature Bits” is also available on vinyl through the record label Saddle Creek, and “Wallpaper,” got the full special treatment, and is available for free on YouTube. Adam’s writing has appeared in McSweeney’s, The New York Times, Esquire, and The Atlantic. His first book, Tragedy Plus Time, is available everywhere.
Sam Sisson: Sam Sisson is a Colorado-based comedian; inventor of Durst Traps (photoshopping Fred Durst into thirst traps), former National Air Sex Champion (she’s really great at fuckin’ nothing at all), and star of the 2023 horror film “Mantid” (streaming on TromaNow). Sam has opened for prominent comedians such as; Bobcat Goldthwait, Judah Friedlander, and Todd Barry. After her set, Todd told her “Good job”, which he later downgraded to “You did fine”. Travis Stevenson: Travis Stevenson is a fast-rising Stand-Up Comedian from East Tennessee. Travis was recently named best of the fest at the “Rubber City Comedy Festival” and “Blue Ridge Comedy Festival”. Travis has shared the stage with many notable comedians, most recently Mark Normand.
Emma Perkins: Emma is a comic from Denver who has been described as a goth horse girl with the charisma of a toenail. She is a semifinalist for the 2024 Comedy Works New Faces competition and has brought her dry, biting humor to stages and dumpsters across the U.S.
Bailey Pope: Bailey Pope is a New York City-based comedian and actress originally from LA. A New York Queer Comedy Fest Finalist, she’s been seen on Amazon Prime, Roku Comedy Network and at festivals including Limestone, World Comedy Expo and West End Comedy Fest. Bailey is a regular at NYC clubs including Broadway, Grisly Pear, Eastville and countless indie shows in and around the NYC area.
Todd Basil: Todd Basil is a stand-up comedian and college calculus instructor. He can make math funny but won’t make you do any math. Todd Basil aims to create a welcoming experience for everyone. He mixes relatable personal experience with hilarious improvisational ability and features unique and fervent physicalities. He recently headlined at the New South Comedy Festival in South Carolina and performed at the Treefort Music Festival in Boise, ID. This year he was featured on NPR’s Weekend Edition as part of The Teacher Show, a touring comedy show of teacher-comedians. He is also producing and performing in the Nerd Comedy Tour across the Pacific Northwest.
Jake L: A self-described “short thick king,” Jake’s friends say he is “objectively stupid”, his husband thinks he is “cute,” and his parents call him “the gay one”. Equipped with fun outfits and Kansas-bred queer trauma, Jake weaves playful, high-energy tales that blend his love for unconventional themes with pop culture and growing up in a small town.
